Our production unit is based in Northern Brazil, where are facilities deliver accurate and consistent cuts that perfectly showcase the majesty of our Brazilian plantation teak.
We are proud to state that our milling team is highly experienced having operating from its location in excess of 40 years. The mill itself is fully equipped with high calibre machinery enabling us to meet the exacting requirements of our clients with kiln facilities, profile moulding and bespoke manufacture all available.
These facilities enable Coeden Timber to produce a vast array of products from simple S4S planed boards to end matched tongue and grooved flooring. We are delighted to discuss any bespoke cut and finish you may require.
Teak
We grow our teak plantations in the states of Para and Mato Grosso in Northern Brazil. We typically harvest our trees between 20-23 years maturity and cut and mill to produce finished products including flooring, decking, and cladding. We also produce clean sizes and rough boards for sale into international markets.
CoedenTeak®
CoedenTeak® is treated in our specialised thermal modification chamber which results in a richer coloured, more durable and stable form of teak. During the thermal modification process, our teak’s density decreases and its structure changes, which gives CoedenTeak® many advantages.
